RETURN POLICY
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases from our store, which is why we offer the possibility to return goods in accordance with consumer protection laws.
1.2. Goods may only be returned if they have not been used, are not damaged, and retain their original appearance, packaging, and all tags.
2. CONDITIONS OF RETURN
2.1. You may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt if:
- the product has not been used;
- the product is in its original packaging (if packaging was provided);
- all tags, seals, stickers, and other elements that were part of the product at the time of receipt are preserved;
- the product is not part of categories that are non-returnable (e.g., made-to-order items or perishable goods).
2.2. The return of goods is possible only with a receipt or other document proving the purchase.
2.3. If a return is made, all return costs (shipping, packaging, and others) are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated by applicable law.
3. EXCEPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
3.1. Returns are not possible in the following cases:
- the product has been used or damaged (including without packaging, with damaged tags, seals, etc.);
- the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, personal hygiene products, and other similar items);
- the product was made to order (e.g., personalized items).
3.2. If the product is not as described or has defects, a return is possible, and in this case, the Seller will bear the return and exchange costs.
4. RETURN PROCESS
4.1. To return a product, you need to:

- Provide the order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Fill out the return form that we will provide.
4.2. After the return is confirmed, you will need to send the product to the following address:

All returned products must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt.
4.3. Returns will only be accepted if the product is sent in packaging that prevents damage during shipping. We recommend using trackable and insured shipping methods.
5. RETURN PROCESSING
5.1. After receiving the returned products, our specialist will check their condition. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process the return request.
5.2. If the return is approved, the money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 working days from the date of receipt.
6. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
6.1. Instead of returning the product, you may exchange it for a similar or different product, if available in our store. To do so, please contact our customer support to arrange the exchange.
6.2. Exchanges are possible if the same conditions as for returns are met: the product is unused, the packaging is preserved, the product is not damaged, and you have kept the proof of purchase.
