Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") governs the relations between the online store dietmarket.lv (hereinafter "Seller") and the individual or legal entity purchasing goods through the Seller's website (hereinafter "Buyer").

1.2. The Seller's offer regarding this Agreement is considered accepted by the Buyer when an order is placed on the website dietmarket.lv and the order is confirmed by the Seller.

1.3. By placing the order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the goods listed on the website dietmarket.lv to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for them according to the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The Seller may change the assortment of goods, prices, and other terms, but these changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed and paid for.

3. ORDER FORMATION

3.1. The Buyer places an order on the website dietmarket.lv by selecting goods, specifying quantities, and confirming the selection.

3.2. After placing the order, the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation and expected delivery date.

3.3. The Seller may refuse an order if the goods are out of stock, cannot be delivered on time, or for other valid reasons. In this case, the Seller informs the Buyer of the order's cancellation and refunds any payments made.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. Seller's obligations:

  • Provide the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Ensure the quality of the goods in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Organize the delivery of goods within the timeframe specified in the order confirmation.
  • Refund or exchange the goods in case of defects, according to the law.

4.2. Buyer's obligations:

  • Pay in full for the goods, as specified in the price list.
  • Accept the goods upon delivery or according to the chosen pickup method.
  • Notify the Seller immediately of any defects and follow instructions for returning or exchanging the goods.

5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

5.1. The Buyer pays for the goods using available payment methods on dietmarket.lv (bank cards, electronic payment systems, cash, etc.).

5.2. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order. Delivery time and cost depend on the region and chosen delivery method.

5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or third-party delivery services.

6. PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RISKS

6.1. Ownership of the goods passes to the Buyer upon receipt of the goods, except in cases provided by law.

6.2. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer once the goods are delivered to the Buyer or their representative.

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7.2. Exceptions to the return policy apply to goods that cannot be returned under consumer protection law (e.g., used goods or personalized products).

8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

8.1. The Seller is liable for the quality of the goods and their conformity to the stated characteristics, as well as for compliance with delivery and return conditions.

8.2. The Buyer is liable for providing correct information when placing the order and for timely payment for the goods.

8.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure or third-party errors (e.g., delivery services).

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Any disputes or disagreements arising from this Agreement will be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the court in accordance with the applicable laws.

9.2. The Seller has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement, and such amendments become effective once published on dietmarket.lv, unless otherwise stated.

9.3. This Agreement is effective from the moment of its acceptance by the Buyer and remains in effect until the full performance of obligations by both parties.
