tourmaline-5%, Tocopherols (vitamin E)-5%, natural minerals-5%; ascorbic

Product
application: Before
sticking the patch, wash and thoroughly dry your foot skin. Remove the
protective film from the surface. Put the patch on the middle of the adhesive
tape and stick it on the Yongquan point (see on the package) or other foot
point. After waking up, remove the patch. For best effect, after removing the
patch, drink 200 ml of still water. Store in a cool and dry place.
