Directions for use:
Dissolve one teaspoon (5 ml of extract) in a glass with 50-100 ml of warm water. Take in the morning or evening, 15 minutes before meals.
Since the extract is made from natural ingredients, small sediments may form. Shake the bottle before use! After opening, store in the refrigerator.
